Oh Christmas Tree Oh Christmas Tree...
Made stockings for the hospital. My home girls.
Almost all the grandkids.
Christmas Eve-Eve we spend at Ben and Callies making stockings for the children in the hospital over Christmas. Christmas Eve everybody came to our house to eat Bajio, make Gingerbread houses, do the nativity, and have Santa come to visit. Christmas morning we all went over to Reg and Kylas for Christmas brunch; where I made "coon balls". Christmas night we had the yummies dinner at Dallas and Kara's house and played games. It was a marathon of eating and gift giving and wrapping and unwrapping. I dont want to forget one minute of it. Christmas is my most favorite holiday.

Need to Vent
I knew I was in for it when after marriage I realized that I would be picking up Allen's clothes fro from the floor next to his side of the bed every morning. Now, walking around the house every day picking up shoes is starting to kill me. With a family of five, I figure I average about three pair of shoes per person, so that is around fifteen. Fifteen times of bending over and picking up shoes of all sizes and style and putting them away. (away meaning: coat closet, master closet, or baskets in the garage according to what and who they belong to)
This may be a sign of OCD but I can not walk past something on my floors with out stopping and picking it up and putting it away. It's starting to get to me. I need therapy.

Thanksgiving 2008 in Telluride, Co with my sister Lucy, her husband David, and their kids Emma Lee (named after you know who) and Trueman (who turned 1 this past August) The hotel we stayed at was really great for our special needs having five kids and four adults. This is us taking the golf cart over to the gondola. This is us riding the gondola up to the top of the mountain to eat at "Allreds"
This picture is the only group shot we got and you can see it was ridiculous!

Furry, Furry, Squiarrel
Ryan's Kindergarten Poem
Furry, furry, squirrel
hurry hurry hop
scurry up the tree trunk
to the very top.
When you reach the branches
hurry turn around.
Furry Furry squirrel,
scurry to the ground.
